On this program Moderator Charles Ogletree explores with the panelists the problems of racial imbalances in different public institutions using a hypothetical case involving affirmative action. It deals with the constitutionality of all-black male public schools, and other issues straight from the contemporary political debate. Panelists include: Stephen Carter, Professor, Yale Law; Congressman Barney Frank; Ruth Jones, staff attorney, National Organization of Women; and Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
